We choose our hardwoods with intention, layering smoke and heat like seasoning. Flame brings flavour, charcoal brings intensity, and smoke adds nuance-each shaping depth in its own way.

Lump oak & mesquite charcoal hold our fires steady at 300-500°F, the foundation for grill and roast. Seasoned Okanagan vine wood fuels the hottest heat, burning at 500-800°F to sear and seal. Cherry & apple woods carry the smoke-gentle, subtle, and aromatic-perfect for low to medium heat.
